Payroll is scheduled for the last working day of the month.

To update your payroll forms, please go to ESS (Employee Self-Service). If you need assistance with login, please e-mail Forms must be submitted to payroll by the 15th of the month, in order to be processed for that month's payroll.

New Hires

To access the New Government Employee Checklist and the required new employee forms, please go to ESS (Employee Self Service).  After log-in, please select resource on the upper right corner of the screen.  Select New Fulltime Gov Employee Docs.  Forms cannot be submitted online.  They must be printed and delivered to payroll, upon employment.
