The voter registration application should be completed in its entirety; enter n/a in a blank if it is not applicable; sign and date. The application can be mailed or dropped by the General Registrar's office.

Federal Write-In Absentee Ballot Application (FWAB)
The FWAB is an emergency backup ballot used if you have concerns that the ballot requested or FPCA may not arrive in time to be counted. Before using the FWAB, you must first request a regular absentee ballot using the FPCA.
