Clarke County employees are paid on the last workday of every month.
To update payroll forms, go to Employee Self-Service (ESS). If you need assistance with login, contact firstname.lastname@example.org. Submit forms to the Payroll Office by the 15th of the month in order to be processed for that month’s payroll.

To access the “New Government Employee Checklist” and the required forms, go to Employee Self Service (ESS). After logging in, select “Resources” icon located in upper right. Select “Gov Fulltime Employee Docs.” Forms must be printed, completed, and delivered to the Payroll Office; they cannot be filed online.
